Add some water to the pot and let the chicken cook. 2. Cooking rice: Soak the rice in advance and then cook it in boiling water with some salt until it softens a little. Then drain.

3. Preparation of Te Chin: In a large bowl, mix yogurt, eggs, brewed saffron and some salt. Then add the drained rice to this mixture and stir well until all ingredients are combined.

4. Arrangement of the bottom: In a suitable pot, pour some oil and then pour some of the rice mixture in the bottom of the pot. After that, place the cooked chicken on the rice and add almond slices and barberry if desired. Then pour the remaining rice on the chicken and press it with a spoon until it is compressed.

5. Final cooking: Put the lid on the pot and reduce the heat. Let the bottom cook for 1-1.5 hours until the rice is fully cooked and the bottom of the pot becomes golden. 6. Serve: After cooking, carefully return the tae chin in the serving dish and decorate with infused saffron and almond or pistachio slices.
