Ingredients:
- ۱ پیمانه آرد
- ۱/۲ پیمانه نشاسته
- ۱/۲ پیمانه کره یا مارگارین
- ۱ عدد تخممرغ
- ۱/۲ پیمانه شکر
- ۱ قاشق چایخوری پودر هل
- ۱ قاشق چایخوری بکینگ پودر
- ۱ قاشق غذاخوری وانیل
- کمی پودر قند برای تزئین

How to prepare:
1. Preparing the butter: Bring the butter to room temperature and then beat it well with the sugar until creamy and light.
2. Add the eggs: Add the egg to the butter and sugar mixture and mix well.
3. Adding dry ingredients: Add flour, starch, baking powder and cardamom powder to the mixture and stir gently until a soft dough is obtained.
4. Shaping: Open the dough on the work surface with a rolling pin and cut the sweets with desired molds.
5. Cooking: Arrange the sweets in the oven tray and bake them in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 to 20 minutes until golden. 6. Decoration: After cooling, you can decorate the top of the cookies with powdered sugar.
